Three Sided Football

posted by Geoff Andrews at Friday, March 12, 2010

Philosophy Football FC will take part in a unique three sided football match at Haggerston park east London on 2 May. Inspired by the Danish Situationist Asger Jorn, and developed further by the Luther Blissett group in Italy, the first organised three sided match in Britain was thought to have been played at the Glasgow anarchist summer school in 1993. The event in May will be the first of its kind in London and Philosophy Football FC is proud to be collaborating with Whitechapel Art Gallery in putting together this exciting fixture. The match will be held days before the expected General Election and will involve teams from the three main political parties.
